A little large but works well.
A little large for the classic epi-pen but I only carry one so if you need to carry two they “would” fit albeit a little tight. I tried and it does work bc the mesh is movable (not stretchy). I love it and ended up buying one in another color too! The keychains it comes with are great for emergency numbers and notifying others of a medical bag.

Flimsy and No Padding
I bought a hardshell case for travel but wanted something a bit less bulky when I'm out and about. I bought this but am disappointed that it doesn't have any padding. In fact it's sheer, so you can see through it. If it's hot or cold, this won't protect your medication. I don't recommend this product.

Never carry just one epi pen!
Epi pens are supplied in two-packs and are meant to be carried in two-packs. If anaphylaxis occurs, you're supposed to inject one epi pen and call 911. After 15 minutes, you are supposed to inject the second epi pen if symptoms persist (which is common!). The two-pack buys you 30 minutes for help to arrive. Please never carry just one epi pen.
