Our anniversary is in a fortnight and we are in Morocco so I got this to banner to help decorate the room as a surprise for my wife. I was a little surprised it didn't come assembled but it is easy to do but a little time consuming. It took me about 20-30 minutes to thread the letters onto the black ribbon provided. They also provide a plastic needle with a large opening so you can easily thread the ribbon through. I didn't like that the opening in the needle was slightly larger than the pre-punched holes on the letter cards. This means you are forcing it through each time and with smaller or thinner letters more care is needed, which is why it took me as long as it did to assemble. Now it's done it looks great. I've packed it back in the small bag it came in and just need to sneak it into my suitcase unnoticed along with some other treats and decorations.
