I make homemade cards as a hobby and often like to send them out for birthdays and other occasions. I like to add something a little extra and these fit the bill perfectly. I am very happy that I do not have to actually pour the hot wax and press onto these. They work like stickers and are easy to apply to the back of an envelope without having to have burnt yourself to a crisp. I really think that these are very cost-effective as buying the equipment to make these is a little pricey when you look at all that you need to do it. I am very impressed with how nice they look and I like to be able to use them for a little something extra on a homemade card.

Update: After using these a bit, I had to deduct a star. The backing material is difficult to remove and often the adhesive starts peeling off the wax as you are trying to remove the backing. Also, if you press a tiny bit too much, the wax seal will snap in half. It is wax so it’s a bit expected but it seems a little more fragile than you’d expect.We ship orders with our home business everyday and adding these little wax seals is the perfect touch! They make the packaging feel all the more special. They are made of real wax and the 3M adhesive is great! The impression is crisp, highly recommended!

Let’s face it, sending letters/cards in the mail doesn’t happen as often as it used to. I have used the wax melt sticks with a stamp to seal my Christmas cards, but these wax seal stickers make it sooo much easier without any mess or risk for accidents. I use them when I send letters and cards. Adds an elegant touch to my letters!

I got these stickers for invitations to an upcoming party. They come lose in a box and have adhesive backing on each individual sticker. The adhesive is much stronger than the stickers that peel off of a sheet. Once these are down, they’re going to stay put. They’ll add a nice touch to our invitations.Being wax, they can melt; however, the wax isn’t so soft that it leaves a waxy feel from the heat on your hands. They’re a little over an inch diameter and they are thick so if they’re going on something like a thick, embossed card, they’ll need extra postage. At about .24 each, they’re pricey and while they’re nice looking, I don’t think I’ll get them again.

These stickers were the perfect touch to my daughter’s “save the date” envelopes. While they are stickers, they’re raised and feel embossed. The sticker is a strong 3M brand and stuck very well to the envelopes - I also used glue to seal the envelopes but that’s normal for me. Very pretty & exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend 100%

I ordered them thinking the would be like the stickers that Hallmark cards sometimes come with. I was surprised they were a lot thicker, as if they were made of real wax. If you peel off the back, you can stick it on the envelope like a paper initialed sticker. A bit fancy for regular cards but good for wedding invitations.

I wasn’t expecting these to actually be real wax, which has its pros and cons. They look lovely and the adhesive is strong, but have some weight so may require extra postage. Also, they could melt. Now I have doubts about mailing them in the heat of the summer. But they seem solid and don’t crumble or anything.I think it’s a pretty good value to elevate your notecards and such.

Looks and feels like real wax. Kinda adds a genuine touch. Though since it is real wax I'd be careful having these around intense heat. The adhesive is very durable. Stronger than a standard sticker.
