For someone to so eloquently put into words what has been happening in my head for the last 13 years blows my mind slightly. Having opened up recently I feel strongly that this illness needs to be talked and talked and talked about and for all the OCD myths to be busted this book does that brilliantly. Every GP needs to read this so they understand the signs and people stop suffering in silence for decades and get the right help. Thank you Rose!

Absolutely fantastic book. I have OCD myself and Rose writes about it so brilliantly, honestly and with appropriate humour. She really helped me to accept that my OCD is a part of me and I am really thankful for that.

Engrossing read, well written. Interesting subject that I suspect few people know about.
