This wireless remote control add-on kit allows you to control the same devices you now control with the full kit but from another room or location using another display or TV. This would require a splitter device to be used to show the same picture on more than one TV. Even though obstacles such as thick barriers, metal studs and steel mesh in walls do reduce the signals effectiveness, distances of more than one hundred feet are not uncommon between the Receiver and Emitter Units.
