Must have.
We live rurally on a farm; not really secluded but this gives us the peace of mind for our 5th wheel that only locks. We put it on the door and several windows; for when we’re “glamping” and just at home since it doesn’t have an alarm system. It has great connections; good quality; easy to use and set up; and good battery life. Highly recommend for the price.

Very impressed!
I spend quite a bit of time away from home and to be fair, I live in a pretty remote area just outside of a small town where crime is almost nonexistent. Still, peace of mind is a pretty high priority for me. I didn't want to go with a subscription service because in reality, it would very likely be a waste of money every month. This Tolviviov Alarm System comes with very clear instructions and is easy to set up. The only aggravating thing is that this, and most wireless systems, function on a 2.4 Ghz. Wi-Fi network, and I'm rocking a 5.0 Ghz network. I know there's a way to get in and switch things up, but I have zero idea how to do it and really don't want to learn. Manufactures need to keep up with current tech, not force their customers to regress. In order to solve this issue I bought an inexpensive plug-and-play Wi-Fi extender that converts 5.0 to 2.4 and linked this system to the extender. After sorting out the connectivity issue, the rest of the instillation went quickly and easily. I was a little concerned because the door trim in my house isn't flush with the door and I was afraid the contact sensors wouldn't work without having to remove material from the trim, which I really didn't want to do, but to my relief, there's actually quite a bit of play allowed for the contact sensors to still function correctly. So they don't actually need to be in direct contact. With that hurdle jumped, I went on attaching the contact sensors to my doors and windows, mounted the motion sensor, and set up the base. I've got the keypad set up, but never use it. It's more for show, in my case. Between the fob, phone app, and Alexa, I really have no need for the keypad. Speaking of those other methods, all work very reliably. With the phone app, I can monitor and arm/disarm the system from anywhere. Same with asking Alexa to do it for you. The fob allows you to arm/disarm from just outside the home. When activated, the alarm sends an immediate notification to your phone, as well as notifications when the system is armed/disarmed. While I've never had an unexpected alarm, I have tested it enough to feel confident in its functionality, and should my alarm ever go off for a nefarious reason, I can do exactly what a monitoring service would do; call the police. This is an inexpensive and practical solution to a problem that probably didn't need to be addressed in my case, but I sleep a lot better knowing that my home is monitored while I'm away. Even if I'm the one doing the monitoring.

Easy to install and great home protection.
Very complete alarm system and easy to install. The instructions are clear, and the WiFi connection was quick. The siren is loud, and the sensors respond instantly. Perfect for keeping your home secure without monthly fees. Great value for the price.

Great alarm system
This alarm was easy to install and set up and pairs to smart life with ease. Pairing new devices is incredibly easy, I use mine to monitor my doors and windows and paired water detectors. You can set up a delay in the app so you have time to get inside and unlock

DO NOT BUY THI$!!
Do not buy this!! It goes off anytime he wants to regardless of what you have it set! It goes off in the middle of the night SOS regardless if what you have it set. I wanted to give it time before I reviewed it!! And since it has a 30-day return limit I can't return it but if I could I definitely would cuz it is not worth it. It causes you more stress because every time the Bell goes off you think somebody's in here and nobody's there!!!

Pros/Cons
Pros: Installation was a breeze - putting the sensors on everything was a little time consuming but I have a lot of entry ways. It comes with a sticker for your window too that says you have a home security system, I liked that! It comes with labels (enough for you to make a mistake and not worry about having enough) for each device - remotes/keypad/all sensors. The sticker actually sticks to the surface for the motion sensors. It has an app for your phone! Cons: I have absolutely no idea if the sensors on doors/windows are actually on and working. Luckily I haven’t had to use it. I wish in the app it would tell you that a sensor is active and will do what it’s supposed to do. The remote fobs are so convenient. The keypad - it said it was mountable which was a factor in my purchase, I’m sure there is a way to mount it, but the back of the keypad is flat with 4 very small holes in the back? No mounting system included, no instructions about mounting included, and not even a mounting accessory to purchase separately and so I think I’m just going to command strip it? It’s pretty light but not really what I had in mind. The app is so weird, there is a lot going on in it but I am not entirely sure what all of it means - the descriptions on everything are so vague and somehow all say the same thing? I have had the system for almost a week and I have found new things that if I think I understand how they work correctly (again horrible instructions and prompts) are great features! Also, the default volume setting is at low - they do not tell you this and I have no idea how I fixed it but I did it in the app and found it just on accident - that is how I found out.
