I bought one, then a second a week later. Took on camping trip in our motorhome and loved using them. A side table broke a few weeks past the 30 day window. I reached out to the company directly and they very kindly sent me a replacement!. Thanks so much for the great customer service and nice product.

I'm writing this while relaxing in this wonderful lounger! I really like the size! As a wider individual, I appreciate a good chair that can actually accommodate my rear ;)The arm rests are very nice!! Ergonomic and rounded comfortably vs the typical flat arms. The cup holder try is pretty wonky and flimsy, so I won't be using it much. The shade top is super adjustable in many angles or can be swung all the way back and out of use. There is a little locking mechanism to lock the chair in position, but it's a bit difficult to reach when reclined, and releases HARD when you are going back to seated... it's also a plastic lock that seems like it might wear out quickly. The head rest is a nice touch as is the padding for the footrest... Its my new favorite place to be in my yard - nap time! 😴

The chair is comfortable and it looks nice, however it is very heavy for a female to carry and also does not go back as much as my other REAL GRAVITY recliners (not a true recliner).

I find this chair comfortable, but there are a few details that I think need improvement. It comes fully assembled, so use is immediate. Product instructions are minimal, but a quick inspection of the chair shows everything you need to know—like a simple locking system for angle preferences to an easy-to-adjust sunshade. Reclining using feet action is a simple and smooth process. We keep this chair on our enclosed porch, but when company comes over, it also doubles as an extra chair out by the inground pool. This is not a chair you want exposed to outdoor elements, but it does fold up compactly for quick storage in a garage or shed. The chair includes a carrying strap, but it is heavy and a bit cumbersome—not ideal for long-distance hauling. My main complaint is one of the pivot pins near the front of our chair is not fully seated like the one on the other side is—that makes me question its overall safety. We tried gently tapping it in, but without any luck. The included cup holder is quite flimsy as well—ours arrived with sloppy openings (pieces of plastic still remaining), and too much weight makes the holder precariously bend forward. Even so, I still enjoy sitting in this chair—it's very easy to switch from a reading book position to falling asleep angle, which happens here on a daily basis. One quick motion achieves that transition beautifully.

This chair is a steal at the current price. Yes the chair is heavy but its because it is very well made. The chair comes already set up and is easy to use. I was very surprised to see that the weight limit was 400lbs which you don't normally find in chairs but this one holds up to weight very well and stays comfortable. The chair is very easy to fold and is just as sturdy weather you are sitting in it of laying. For the price I would defenitly recommend this chair.
