Good replacement filter, but be careful when taking out the old filter
The filter itself works fine, but be careful when taking out the old filter. I must not have completely relieved the pressure, because when I went to put the new filter in it would not insert properly. The customer service rep was very patient and quickly diagnosed the problem, which involved re-positioning the locking bracket deep inside the filter tube by moving it slightly counter-clockwise. {See photo}

Easy to Replace and Works Well
I've been using this replacement filter for my Waterdrop system, and it's very easy to install. It only takes a few minutes to replace, and the water flow returns to normal. The water tastes clean with no noticeable odor, and I haven't experienced any leaks or other issues so far.

Easy to Replace new filter
This was our first time having to replace a filter for this Water Drop system. The F2 was very easy to install and to reset the timer/prepare for use.

Easy use
Easy in easy out. Turn off water valve open turn on ro dispenser for few seconds. Changer filter. Turn water valve on. Press f2 button 7 seconds system resets itself ;))

Garbage. X12 TDS went from 10 to 95ppm
Before installing this my TDS was around 10-12ppm on my X12. This is a normal range for the Waterdrop X12 has it has remineralization. After installing this and flushing my system three times my TDS is now 90-95ppm! This likely permanently damaged my RO filter which will be $250 to replace. Absolute garbage and caused me to go back and change my 5 star review for the X12 unit itself as it seems the supplies they sell cause premature failure. Not recommended! I got scammed.
