Outstanding Accessory
Works as advertised, well built and is a great accessory to my Mac Mini M2. The only thing that could use some improvement is having a more detailed setup/configuration guide.

SD cards stick to insert and won't mount
I'll be contacting the company to see if this is just a bad unit. The SD card slot is not spring loaded, and is very stiff getting a card inserted. On M2 Pro. I'll update if problems are remedied.

If you need extra ports this is a must buy.
Well, Apple is stingy on ports so you will need this accessory. But, this particular model will not work with 2024 Mini Mac since is a bit smaller. But, Amazon does have a new version available for the 2024 model so no worries.

Partially DOA
I added a 5v power adapter to the USB-C port that is intended for power input. I was unable to get the 2.5 inch hard drive port to recognize two different known good working SSDs. I will be returning this and it’s unlikely I will want a replacement

matches well
Perfect size and matches great. The extra ports come in really handy and the extra storage options are really useful since it's nearly impossible to upgrade the Mac. I'm still trying to figure out if I need to plug it into the wall if I'm not powering my computer with it.

Transform Your Mac Mini into a Powerhouse with This 12-in-1 Dock
This 12-in-1 Mac Mini Dock has completely revolutionized my workspace. The dual hard drive enclosure expands storage without adding clutter. I installed both an NVMe M.2 SSD and a 2.5'' SATA SSD, and now I have all the space I need for my projects. The variety of ports, including DisplayPort, 4K HDMI, and multiple USB options, means I can connect all my devices effortlessly. Just the other day, I hooked up three monitors to my Mac Mini, and the setup was seamless. The high-speed data transmission is another standout feature. Transferring large files is a breeze with the 10 Gbps USB-C and USB 3.1 ports. I also appreciate the thoughtful design – the aluminum alloy construction looks sleek and matches my Mac Mini perfectly. The built-in reinforced cable and anti-fingerprint finish are nice touches that add to its durability.

seems to work well
This is actually the second hub/enclosure I have gotten for my Mac Studio M1. I did only try it with a 4TB m.2 drive and not a regular SSD because that was the only one I had available to test with. Rather than waste a USB port, I did power this through a USB C power cord on my surge protector. It worked fine. I really like how you can set these hubs underneath your Mac so you don't have to have a bunch of external drives hanging off the back. They stack nicely together and look clean on my desktop. It didn't require any extra installation to use once the drive was initialized.

The one to get
I like this dock because it allows for two ssd in the base. Very convenient. Port selection is adequate, but that just seems to be the norm across a number of similar items. It's very nice that this comes with a spacer that not only raises the Mac a slight bit off the dock, but also secures the two together. I've got another very similar model (essentially identical, it just didn't come with the spacer) and without the spacer the two slide apart whenever inserting or removing cables or sd cards. I highly recommend this particular model until these companies get their act together and start giving us more usb-c ports, whether they be 10Gbps or higher.
