My uro-gynocoligist (yes there is such a doctor) recommended a combination of women's probiotics with cranberry extract and d-mannose to address recurrent UTI's. I have been taking these now for several years, during which I have had only a single UTI. She also recommended Vitamin C and topical estrogen. The combination has been very effective for me.

Seems to help some but it’s my first time really taking any kind of probiotic. Good price!

After getting frequent UTIs and random urinary pain from dehydration or god knows what else reason I got this. It has really improved my vaginal an urethral health. I have a lot less pain now.

I buy these regularly and will continue to buy them because they are great! They are easy to swallow and I notice a difference in my gut health.
