Can this be used in a swimming pool ?

I used mine to get in and out of an aqua therapy pool. Once I got the hang of it (getting rid of air pockets), it was great.

what address do. I return the EZ step stair climbing cane ?

We have a Kohl's store very close by and that is where I take my Amazon returns.

I am right handed. I want to step up with the step at my right foot. Can the handle be turned so the open curve is facing toward me?

Yes, there is a screw on the bottom that allows you to turn the cane to your best spot. I love this tool. I drive a pick up truck and our other vehicle is an SUV. By stepping on this step with both feet, I can boost myself into the cars easily.

How do I get to choose my color?

Each product has it's own page. You can select the cane of your choice in the search results or by selecting the EZ-Step Mobility page.
