Q: I don't see a size chart. Would these fit a 6" 1" tall man? And what about waist size? What size would a 34" waist be (medium?)

These are for Tall Men. They fit my 6'7" husband. We got a large to fit his 36" waist. You probably would be o.k. with a medium, but they are cotton and will shrink some.

Q: The product description indicates it's a "men's tall" but in the select size drop down box, it only indicates "regular sizes." are they all "tall's?"

i'm 6'2" and it's plenty long. I did order the M Tall../Users/owner/Desktop/IMG_0662.jpg

Q: Are these fleece lined?

No, they are not. This is just the typical cotton waffle pattern material found on thermal underwear.....but the quality is good.

Q: Is there any difference between heavyweight & regular ones?

The heavyweight ones are made from a fabric that is 6.5 oz and 100% cotton, while the traditional long johns are made of a 5 oz fabric that is 65% cotton and 35% polyester.
