I recently purchased the VOOK Bluetooth mic, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance. Extremely disappointed with vook product. Purchased this on 10th July and the product stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Have been trying to call Vook customer care number for the last 48 hours but they simply don't pick calls and reply on WhatsApp to send them product deficit videos and then no response after that. Please don't buy Vook products

Good product and worth buying

I bought this product to use in our Samsung M30 series which also has 3.5mm audio jack. It was discovered that product doesn't work in some phones which has 3.5 mm jack,but works flawlessly with latest modelWhen I reported this to customer care, they tried their best to resolve the matter being online. When the issue remaibwd unresolved, they offered free reverse pickup and refunded the amount r fully eventhough it was a non-returnabke product. Such a gesture is very rare now and I truly admire the company for the customer service. I shall buy their products in future with trust. Kudoes to their customer service team and their policy.For the device to work flawlessly, your phone shouldn't have 3.5 mm audio jack. This limitation is not specified anywhere in the product info or manual. Works well with latest phones. Doesn't work with old phones

Quality is good

As per instructions manual press once for level two is not working and no green light blinks twice …. Press once again for level three is not working and no green light blinks thrice … overall noice redcution is not working properly.. i already replace this product but problem is not solved its quality is very poor .. now im going to return this item

Don't go for this product. Noice cancelation is not as good as expected. Low quality. Even the finishing is bad.

Sound quality is average. Battery life is fantastic. Easy to use but always need to connect the adapter on your phone to use the mic. Range is good enough.
