Better than expected!
Really cool game in a quality cabinet. We were pleasantly surprised with the authenticity. The size is great, too. Not too small to miss detail or struggle with controls, not too large that would require a lot of space.

By far, the best PacMan option for our family
I scoured Amazon and other sources to purchase a PacMan machine that was less than $1,000 plus, but could still provide an arcade like experience in the home. We tried less expensive PacMan versions than this one, but either the controller(s) were not accurate with their movements, or some other part of the experience fell short. Not so with this machine. For us, this was by far the best PacMan option.

Display didn’t work and no support received.
Me and my husband were really excited about this game and We bought it for my son on his birthday. This came on time which was really great and everything was perfect! I set up a bow on it and my son was super happy and excited. However after party we opened the package and follow the instructions. After plugging it in, we heard the noise of the game but after long wait, nothing came to the screen. Soon we figured it out that this is common issue ( reading couple of reviews). I couldn’t find any contact info for manufacturer. I called amazon tech support and they tried for almost an hour over the phone and nothing happened. They couldn’t contact manufacturer as well and promised me to call back after they contact manufacturer. I guess they couldn’t reach them as well, so no call back. Finally i called today after three days and find out replacement is not an option. They refunded however i have to buy this thing with $100 higher price if I want it again. Why do I buy from this vendor again?! Amazon customer service cannot even do price adjustment if I want to buy the same item. With all these years of being a prime member, this was the only bad experience I had. That doesn’t mean everything was perfect, but everything was taken care of perfectly. This time everyone said sorry to me as vendor didn’t allow this and that..... i am really sorry to write so big story but i really needed to. I couldn’t even find a contact to write to seller which is very common for all other vendors. I am hoping someone will reach me to give a good reason.

Cool investment
I love this original arcade game. The levels were slightly different but to just own one is great.

should have included the Reset Button .... annoying clicking through with jingle - NG!
