Very easy set up and straight forward, good picture and sound

This tv is great! I'm usually disappointed in one way or another but this tv is well worth the cost. I got the 4k 60hz. I'm using external speakers with a sub through a receiver using pcm and the quality is amazing. The soap opera look people talk about is actually done very well on this tv. It's android on my tv. I hate how loud the assistant is.

Do not waste your money on this television. Im having so many issues with this Google TV. Sometimes I cut it on and it's just a blank screen. Then I unplug and it still do not work for about and hour. I download the basic apps when I come back the next time to use that app is not installed. I had a little bigger Sony before this one for11 years. It was to big for my bedroom so I gave it away. You don't realize you have something good until it's gone. I'm going to have to purchase another reliable television from Best Buy. I can't wait to tell them about this piece of junk.

I love this television. I have had it for about a month now. A beautiful clear picture. The price is fabulous for everything that television is capable of doing.

Arrived quickly, very lightweight. TV and remote are plasticky and cheap. If you move the TV on it's side, it sounds like things, pieces or something is moving around inside. The TV is very thin.The remote comes with batteries. The sound is (to me) a little tinny. Not a rich deep concert sound. I mistakenly thought this was a general smart TV, but in fact, it is exactly what it says... a Google TV. This TV is very affordable.

Had it for a month about to be two months and for the price I’m not gonna lie it’s excellent I was hesitant to buy because of some of the reviews but since owning it myself I come to realize that most people just lie because of whatever reason my experience with this tv has been good the only thing I was mad about was when it arrived I tried to connect the base stands and it screws in but it’s not tight enough causing my tv to slant a little bit (it looks tacky) but that’s the only issue that I have with it and I can’t be mad for long because again it’s a cheap tv but I’m wondering if anyone who bought this specific tv had the same problem or was it just mine

Honestly I was super disappointed by this TV. Firstly I've yet to see the convenience of Google assistant. You gotta push a button to activate, which is hard to see without lights on and it doesn't help with much. Maybe as time goes on, not sure I'll even use it honestly. The biggest down side is the volume. It sounds absolutely horrible in my opinion!! There's absolutely no bass!! I can't really explain how it sounds, maybe like it's in a tunnel I suppose. The picture is decent though. I was actually going to return it but I'm having an issue with the process.

Light weight, perfect for all our needs. Easy to follow instructions and easy steps to set-up. We would buy it again.
