I’m diabetic, and foot care is no joke. My doctor recommended this lotion to help prevent ulcers and keep my skin from cracking like desert pavement. I’ve been using it daily, and honestly? It works. My foot stays dry, smooth, and sore-free, which is a win in my book. No greasy mess, no weird smell, just solid hydration and exfoliation that actually makes a difference. I slap it on, throw on my socks, and get on with my day. It’s now part of my routine. If you’ve got rough skin or diabetic foot issues, this stuff is worth it.

First let me say, this stuff is fantastic! I have KP on my arms/legs and have tried numerous treatments but this is the first product that has helped. It took about 2 weeks but the KP is completely gone. There is a little chemical smell when you first put it on but it goes away quickly. The price is right as well.

I've(kind of) used this for a few months so I could form an honest opinion. I will say that I think this does work but only if you commit to using it routinely. I did at first and noticed my skin was softer and my bumps were fading. However, this lotion is a sensory nightmare so I found myself dreading it so I couldn't commit to using as much as I should to see it's full effects. The smell.. is not great. Very sulfur like. I know its unavoidable, especially since this is fragrance free, as it should be to be most beneficial but I would find myself catching the smell faintly later in the day or on any fabrics I touched before it fully absorbed. As for texture, it is thick. Which is good but for someone with sensory issues, it's also a nightmare. It takes a lot of effort to rub it in and it takes a bit to absorb. However once it's absorbed, it's fine. It doesn't linger longer than 30 minutes. So if you're on a budget, can tolerate the smell, and don't have sensory issues-this is for you. It will do what it is meant to do. I don't hate it, I'm just a baby lol

My go to for winter dry itchy skin. Straight from bottle or mix 50/50 with my other skin lotion. Makes a huge difference. Can't live without it.

This has really softened by skin. I was using this for acanthosis nigricans, no improvement in that but skin is super soft.

Really helps with dry feet and nails. My nails are pink again and my feet as silky soft. I use it before bed. Absolutely love this product.

Cheaper than Amlactin and does the same job. Cream a little thicker but absorbs quickly. Only foot cream I use and it does a fantastic job on calluses and cuticles. Others have mentioned the scent but I find it very mild and pleasant.
