Easy to use. Slips on carpet so get a rubber mat. Only thing I dislike is you can't change the tension. Speeds are great though. I need to workout my IT band this is helping. Shipping cost a tad high

Fun to do when watching TV

It’s easy to use. Although it is heavy - it might weigh some 40 pounds plus which might be a disadvantage for elders with fragile bodies - it has a user-friendly mechanism. I plug it, turn it on, press the on button twice, and presto. It may be expensive, but it is worth the investment.

You sit it moves your legs and you feel it. I had knee replacements an it help me so much. Timer multiple settings for direction, Speed and tension. Love this thing I recommended it to all my friends

Too noisy, and a little heavy.

We bought this for my mobility impaired wife so she could try to strengthen her legs. We went through the offerings on Amazon in this category and I was not impressed with most. It didm’t have a lot of reviews yet, but looked good. As it turned out, the instruction manual was practically unreadable due to the tiny print and poor command of English. The processes described in the tiny print didn’t quite bring the unit up and functioning as it should. The key, though, was the failure of the battery powered remote to function. I put fresh batteries in and tried it. No luck. Okay, try another pair. No dice. Mess a bit with the contacts. Nothing. The unit is pretty much useless for someone like my wife without a functional remote.

I ordered this to get my legs moving while watching TV. It is a quality product, works as described, and simple to understand the instructions. There was no assembly required, which is a big plus! I was able to take it out of the box, read the booklet, and start peddling! It also fits under a small table in my living room, a bonus for storage. It does not move while using it, so no need for a mat underneath it. Love it!
