If you struggle to breathe even using this without the ball in it can be hard.

Very Easy to Use. Great quality for the price. It has lots of options if you’re new to respiratory muscle strengthening exercises. Not only will this strengthen your respiratory muscles, but it will also help you to cough up mucus!
