It arrived a few weeks earlier than scheduled in perfect condition unopened. The seller did an excellent job in packaging it with care. It states that it would take 30-60 minutes to assemble but it only took me and my son about 20 minutes. It was also very easy to assemble and to register it for warranty. I thought it came with a cell phone holder but it wasn’t included. Warning. This bike is very cool and beautiful, so If you want to protect it from getting stolen, buy an AirTag to track it in case it gets stolen and a very good lock. The lock I purchased is blue tooth and can be locked and unlock using my smart phone. I highly suggest this bike. You can’t find a better one for this price. It’s also supper fast but easy to ride. FUN, Comfortable, medium heavy, easy to fold. Not too easy to lift folded until you can figure out an easier way to lift it folded. 👍🏼

PROs: * Power and speed; regularly get 28mph but have hit 32mph. * Brakes are solid. * Dual-suspension makes a pretty smooth ride. * Love the unique design; ppl sometimes shout compliments when I ride by. * The packing was done with incredible care; every single component was well-protected. * The User Manual is thorough and well done, assembly was a breeze. * Customer support via email has been prompt and helpful with my questions, though I hate waiting 12 hours for a reply; but given all circumstances they're doing a very good job of it. CONs: * PAS 1-5 is too easy. I tweaked the gears to get a little more resistance and will keep working on it. * Conversely, 0 PAS mode is almost useless - it barely moves, though it could be my 60yo legs; Anyone with this model actually enjoy riding on leg-power only? * Foldability is awkward enough that I gave up the idea of putting it into my RV and installed a heavy-duty bike rack. * Charging takes a long time. * Once the battery meter hits one bar, you immediately feel the power drop significantly. Overall I'm having great fun with it and use it for commuting to work every day.

This e-bike is amazong, the size is great for me and it is so smooth also, its like the cadilac of bikes for me. I ride this bike to work every day and I pull my dog on a bike trailer and it has no probelms. I am a heaver guy and it still takes off quickly. the bike is comfy to ride and gets some looks as the body design is different from the ususal the battery last for a while before needing a charge and the breaks are powerful. I love this bike.

*UPDATE* So far so good! Hit 120 miles yesterday with no major issues. Calibrate your brakes when you first start and expect some whistling as they wear in. The seat has a built in rear facing light which runs on its own battery..which I missed in the Manuel...confused the heck out of me when I accidently turned it on. I get about 35 miles per charge at 240lb at setting 2 pedal assist... Wish it were better. Can't shut the front light off for day riding also..that's a bit odd.. I keep it unplugged. The battery removal process is also super awkward. Other then that, very happy. Would recommend!

I've had this e-bike for a few months now. It is at max a 1000w motor, the description is a lie and the manufacturer has confirmed it is only a 1000w motor. It will only go 30 MPH, NOT 35 MPH. The nut at the bottom that locks/unlocks the folding portion constantly comes loose no matter how hard you tighten it. The bike's settings are extremely hard to configure using the display and the manual is useless. There are no descriptions of what the settings do. I've asked several times via email how to disengage the pedal assist so only the throttle runs the motor and I've received useless responses that make no sense. The motor lurches a lot and is dangerous. So if you're in a small space, or trying to turn, and hit the pedal, the bike will take off. And it is super heavy!
