Uncle GooseClassic Lowercase ABC Blocks - Made in The USA

This is the second set of these blocks that I’ve ordered as a gift for a grandchild. I bought the first set for my granddaughter eight years ago when she was a baby. They have been passed down to younger siblings and played with all these years and still look brand new. I bought the second set (lowercase letters) to add to the first set (uppercase letters) this Christmas at my daughter’s bequest for my grandson who is there-years-old. The blocks are aesthetically beautiful and exquisitely made with excellent quality sturdy etched wood and beautifully painted (not stamped). They will last forever and I’m sure they will continue to be passed down to great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and so on. They are amazing quality and worth every penny. Incidentally, the price has not changed in eight years. I can’t say enough nice things about this product.

These are nice as far as quality of the wood and the beautiful paint.Update: we figured out how to arrange by combining: dark blue + light purple, light blue+ orange and then green by itself (on two different sides). Watch the p vs d, b vs q, n vs u. They are slightly different but can be mistaken if not looking closely. This can be solved by including simple instruction in the box or in the description.

I was shopping for alphabet blocks for my infant son, and saw that these were the highest rated, so I took the chance without really understanding what the quality was. The photos don’t do them justice, but I tried to take a close-up here myself to give a somewhat better idea of them. These are expertly crafted in an old-fashioned style with beautiful pastel colors, a bit bigger than most wooden blocks I’ve seen—but just the right size for my little ravioli-fisted child to grip, drool on, and hopefully stack some day. They come in a nice cardboard box that is suitable for giving as a nice gift, too, which I am certainly considering now in the event that I know any babies anytime soon.

These blocks made such a great gift and have had so many hours of play that I have purchased several sets now. Sturdy product and pleasant design. Great for all sorts of learning. Thank you!

These blocks are heirloom quality my sons grandkids will be playing with these many many years from now.They are beautiful and made in America, also they're way way bigger than the Melissa and Doug ones (which you shouldn't buy, their made in China)I already have 4 sets and will buy more as my child gets older. They are fun and educational!! Thank you uncle goose

Beautiful and timeless. Took off one stat because one of the blocks came damaged.

My baby loves to play with these blocks. I love the baby animal pictures and that they have the proper names for the baby animals on them. Great learning tool. We got the capital letters and lowercase letters sets. I also used them in my baby’s Christmas and monthly pictures. Beautifully made.

Nice set of blocks. Well made and durable. Grandchildren will use these for many years.

My Husband and I are very happy with our Uncle Goose blocks. They are beautiful, good size, and feel nice to hold. We hope our baby will be pleased with them too.

These are amazing blocks but retailer/Amazon stuck shipping labels on the box so has made it less great for giving as a gift.

These are beautiful blocks! Almost too pretty to be a toy. Gorgeous scroll work carving around the letters, paint used on them is safe/non toxic for children. The blocks are a good size to be held in little hands. Just really well made blocks, nicely sanded down, no splinters or jagged corners. I was very impressed when they arrived. Made in Michigan, You can purchase this product with confidence, no cheap junk from China here.
