Great for elderly users!

I bought this phone for my 90 year old father. He is not at all comfortable with anything electronic, but I must say that he gets on very well with this phone. It's easy for him to use and the big buttons are ideal for his fat fingers! The interface is clear and straight-forward for him to use, and the battery life is good.

Won't hold charge

Bought this for my husbands birthday went to put it on to charge and it's not holding the charge I've tried it without the docking station and with I'm really disappointed as my mother in law has the same one and that's why I picked this one

Looks good, easy to set up but volume & loudspeaker too quiet

Looks good, easy to set up, small size phone with large buttons and useful charging cradle. Bought for my mum who is hard of hearing & lives 2 hours drive away after reading the other reviews. Not sure if it is just this phone but unfortunately she is unable to use the phone as the volume & even the loudspeaker are too quiet & she can't hear anything clearly. The phone loses charge quickly & she found it difficult to push the alarm button on the back.

Basic, Simple, easy to use phone for Elderly

Purchased this phone for my 87 year old relative who is in a care home with Dementia . He finds this an easy phone to navigate and the large buttons help with easy dialing.He has been using the phone for several weeks now without any problems.Great price for both phone and charger.Very happy customer5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
