The 250 pound weight limit can be ignored because I weigh 336 pounds.The sky blue with white chair isn't showing any signs of metal fatigue since I started using it in March 2022.I use it indoors as a livingroom chair. All wooden chairs have collapsed under my weight.The chair also supports the weight of my 12 pound girly cat while she's sitting on my chest while I slouch in the chair.Suzy thinks everything in my home is hers, I have to have her permission to sit here.Bring it's weight capacity up to 350 pounds as we use it every day.Our combined weight of 98 pounds over it's capacity limit of 250 pounds has no negative effects to this chair what so ever.In my experienced opinion I'd rate it's maximum of at least a weight capacity of 400 pounds. 150 pounds more then the manufacturers maximum weight limit.I'd buy a matching ottoman if they'd design one so I could put my feet up.

Chair is somewhat difficult to put together. It helped me to have a well lighted work bench. It takes two people or some clamping tools to put it together. I needed a long clamp to attach the final arm/base assembly to the chair seat. Without that clamp, I don't think I would have been able to complete that step. The tip in the instructions not to tighten the nuts should be heeded. Once together, the chair is comfortable and heavy enough to not blow over every time the wind picks up. Easy to dry off. I don't see how these chairs (we have four) can be stacked, so off season storage will consume a lot of storage area.

I got this put together with a little effort. The last bolt on the arm was a little difficult as I had to do it by myself but it did go in after I leaned on it. It will need a cushion to make it more comfortable. I would buy it again.

Product arrived promptly. Packing was great. Assembly was reasonable yet had a few quirks. I ended up putting 3-R (right arm) on first (loosely screwed). Then the bottom rear support (4). Next was 3-L (left arm). To secure the seat screw I had to apply my weight to the white arm. Following directions and doing it my way both left a gap that required pressure to close and connect.Comfort- It's all metal so I see a cushion being added to the chair. They look great with my mid-century home.I would buy them again.

This chair is comfortable as well as nice to look at. It is rather retro and reminded me of chairs my grandmother had when I was young. The chair, once put together, is great to sit in. BUT this is a two person job!! You need someone to hold the chair arms at a certain angle while the other person works the bolts and screws. I’d also recommend using your own wrench /pliers/ screw driver. Much sturdier. I really like the chair and will buy another chair to match, at least the same style but may buy a green one this time. I bought a Sky Blue one the first time.

My husband wanted this chair it reminded him of his childhood days. Easy to assemble. He loves it.
