Worked well straight it of the wrapping, kids loved them, very bright.good head fixing definitely good value for money.Will be investing in another set or two.

I bought this head torch to continue horse riding in the dark. It fits nicely over my riding hat and doesn't affect visibility as it sticks out enough allowing me to use its features. It works perfect in the front giving the brightness I need plus it has a red light at the back which is perfect to be seen from my helmet from the back.One thing to be aware though is that it comes with rechargeable batteries but you have to have a charger! there is no cable provided. The only way is to take the batts out and charge them separately. I am not bothered as I am well equiped but I marked it down 1 star as someone else will easily have missed this point as I did.Other than that excellent light for the price. I am delighted and would recommend provided you own a charger already.

I have taken over owndership of this torch from my man. It is brilliant for cleaning cupboards and the inside of the cooker etc. Can easily see any sneaky spider webs. It is mine now.

Dont waste your money

My little boy asked for a head torch for his birthday to read his books in his room at night before he goes to sleep. Out of all the expensive things he got, I genuinely think this was a favourite haha! Honestly ….. this is fabulous! It fits perfectly in his 8 year old head very comfortably and could stretch further too. The light is brighter and there is a flash setting too. He can’t wait to wear it out trick or treating!

You can pay £60+ for a head torch.You don't need to.This head torch is comfortable to wear. I prefer head torches with a battery pack that sits on the back of your head with connecting wires to the light at the front as you get something that is better balanced on your head and stays in place. A head torch with everything at the front makes the torch front heavy and prone to slipping down your forehead and generally moving around.The connecting wires do mean a bit of work untangling them can be needed from time to time, but I would rather do that and have a well balanced head torch.The light is good and bright. All round this is a great solution for outdoor activities in the dark such as camping which is how we use them for people aged 5+

Great tool for fiddly DIY jobs at home. I use it a lot. Bright light for close work, can direct the beam up and down. Secure on head. Not worn it for walking or cycling but it has a red light on back strap and optional flashing on front light. Strap is large which makes it hot on the head. Plastic lamp feels a bit cheap and brittle.
