If u are able to sleep with something fat in your nose it may work for you. I managed to dose off once with hit but my throat still closed and I made a snort noise and woke up.

Can't figure out what this does. Any holes are large enough for dust, pollen, etc. to pass through. I don't see how there is any filtration. "Micro blowers that create the precise airway pressure..." implies a mechanism...there are no such things. Nothing - just hollow plastic.This is a perforated piece of rigid blue plastic with soft silicone plastic for the ill-fitting nose piece. The nose buds that are "engineered to stay firmly in the nostril" fit so losely that they fell out immediately.Addendum: After I posted my review, I noticed that the product photos have changed. Much of my original critique was based on text and descriptions from the photos. I still think the product is useless, but the false advertising was sanitized.

Absolute garbage

It looks ok but my husband hasn’t use it because it looks uncomfortable for him

Waste of time and money, I was really hoping this product would work and to my disappointment it did not. It didn’t fall out of place but I couldn’t breathe with it on. It didn’t help with the air flow at all, if anything it made it harder to breathe.

Still don’t know if this works or not

Item is not a universal fit and does not stay in place or even create a good enough seal to actually work. Did not know what I was expecting but this item definitely is not perfected.
