Mystical Shaman Oracle

Colette Baron-Reid is always giving so much, the value is so much more than the cost. The beauty of this deck is amazing. There is so much incredible detail and energy to this deck. Even the presentation when you open the box is mindblowing. You can feel the care and love put into every single facet of this deck. The artwork is amazing. The guide book is larger and sturdy, and opening it and reading about a card every day deserves a larger sturdy book! The energy in this deck is off the hook! I immediately connected to it. Just gazing at the artwork on a card has it's own message, before you open up the guide book and read about the meaning of the symbols or message of that particular card. The deck is based on old ancient indigent symbols, and it is universal to humankind, these symbols take us all back to our heart in a language all of our ancestors would understand, and our Spirit spark can relate to as well. I am having so much fun learning and working with this deck. I love this so much. I find this deck to be very direct and honest, like an ancient one speaking directly to my soul, telling me the messages I need to hear, in a way that I can hear it. This collaboration with Marcela and Alberto is a tremendous gift, their expertise comes through, and I can only say wonderful things about this deck! Thank you, Colette, for a fantastic beautiful portal to Spirit, this incredible, eye opening deck. Yes! Everyone could use this deck!

I just received these cards today and I can’t say that I agree with any of the negatives I’ve read in some other reviews. If once upon a time, these cards had errors in how they were cut, it’s been remedied if mine are any indication. There are 64 cards, nothing is missing. A lot of people have grown accustomed to tarot and oracle decks in which the creators of the deck write a book that absorbs incredible intricacies into every card and in some cases, they talk for much longer than is actually necessary. This book is direct and to the point, but at the same time, it will never yield you just a yes/no answer. This is a deck that is for a person who is at a stage of development where they are able to appreciate the meaning and complexity of life, what people do, why they do it, how the Creator, the Infinite, ties into all of that. Sometimes it’s not about how many words you speak, it’s about the truth you tell. It’s not for everyone. I do wish that there were more often a preview of not just pictures of the beautiful cards, and these are BEAUTIFUL cards, but also a few pages from the book so that people can know ahead of time if the words resonate with them. For that reason, those are the images I have attached. I want to address also the subject of ethnic representation in this deck. I don’t know that it’s serving the user of the cards well, or the prospective buyers of the cards, to be focusing on allegations of cultural appropriation or some perceived failure to represent equally. If you’re thinking about that, in my opinion, while you’re looking at these cards, you are in the wrong headspace for these cards, and probably any others. There are 64 cards in this deck, and only on 28 of them are human beings depicted at all. My daughter and I went through them and though this is certainly subjective, in our opinions, we found the following: of the 28, we would say 10 of them depicted people we believe to be of Native American or other non-white cultures. We found 10 of the people to be what we would consider ambiguous, because really, you cannot just look at someone’s face, especially a drawing of someone, and be so sure that you can tell what they are. That itself is a bit racist. We saw eight faces depicted that we thought looked objectively either very European or slightly more European than ambiguous. Why did we do this? Because somebody made such a point of it in the reviews and we really wanted to examine whether it was objectively true or not. Develop a technique that works for you that allows the possibility of some cards being reversed. I like to select the ones that feel like they’re for me and then just spin them for a few minutes. As you do that, sometimes they spin together, sometimes they separate and only one spins, but in the end they all turn up the way they’re supposed to. That’s what works for me, that may not be what works for you. You might prefer something like buying two decks and turning one entire deck upside down, though that’s a lot of cards to shuffle. With these cards, when it’s upright you read the essence and the invitation. When it’s reversed, you read the essence and the medicine. Today, I drew my first card, and then I did a three card reading and I very much felt like it was speaking to me. That’s what you want from an oracle deck — a tool of communication between yourself, the earth, and the energy of all creation that helps you to guide your life, that speaks to you. I love these.

Love the box and the book that comes with it already!!! I love how nicely the book is done and the box that it comes in is so beautiful. The cards are nothing less than amazing.

Obsessed with this card set. I got it as a gift for my bestfriend and she loved it. I have another version of the same seller’s tarot cards but this pack is next level!! The book itself is super detailed and bigger in size. The cards are all beautiful and the packaging presentation is next level. 10/10 product.

This gorgeous, mystical, magical oracle deck of sacred ancient symbols is imbued with wisdom and beauty. From the moment I opened the beautiful packaging and saw and touched the incredibly awe-inspiring cards, and read the accompanying booklet on how to use the deck, I was ready. I immediately felt that these cards were meant for me. I love connecting to nature and to the ancient wisdom which is so alive in this deck. My readings thus far for myself and a friend were so on point. I feel confidence in my ability to grow in wisdom with this oracle deck. The guidance offered in this deck, the love and wisdom which went into its creation, and the absolute quality will withstand the ages. I only have found one other deck which can compare in any way for me, and it is now almost 35 years old and still trustworthy. The Mystical Shaman Cards are such a deck for me; one which will withstand the ages, the distractions, and one which will ultimately guide me to the life I want to live. Beautiful oracle deck that seems spot on with the artwork and messages!!

The Mystical Shaman Oracle is one of those rare decks that feels alive — as if each card carries its own quiet spirit and voice. The imagery is breathtaking, filled with colors and symbols that seem to open portals rather than simply offer guidance. I use this deck often, and it never fails to meet me exactly where I am. There’s an authenticity to its energy — ancient yet intimate — that makes every reading feel like a conversation with something greater than words. It’s not just an oracle; it’s a companion on the path of reflection and inner truth.

This deck is gorgeous! It takes time to feel comfortable with a new deck but after reviewing it more… gorgeous. The messages are beautiful, along with the images.

J'adore les illustrations de ce deck, les couleurs sont magnifiques, le thème, tout est beau. C'est un magnifique coffret de collection, illustré par Jena DellaGrottaglia et créé par Alberto Villoldo, Colette Baron-Reid et Marcela Lobos. Le coffret est accompagné d'un Guidebook et une petite boite avec les cartes. Sinon, les cartes et livre sont en anglais, mais celui-ci est assez facile à comprendre, il y a une petite explication de comment il fonctionne et exemple de tirage. L'interprétation des cartes est divisée en trois : - The essence, à lire en toute circonstance en premier, elle fait passer le message de la carte. - The invitation: à lire seulement si carte est à l'endroit, parle des dons que l'Esprit Shaman de la carte vous offre à ce moment précis, c'est un appel à l'action. - The medecine: à lire seulement si la carte est inversée, indique l'aspect, le domaine de la vie ou des relation qui doivent être équilibrés ou remplacés. Il faut vraiment faire un tirage avec les cartes dans les deux sans pour pouvoir bénéficier de toutes les interprétations, le deck possède 64 cartes, mais en les mettant à l'envers c'est un peu comme si le nombre dupliqué. Elles se mélangent bien, mais avec le temps, le mélange se fera plus facilement. Certaines cartes ne font pas vraiment Shaman, mais je relève, cela n'enlève en rien de sa beauté. Le coffret est un peu trop gros sans réelle nécessité, juste pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop d'encombrement, ça peut-être un moins.

Oh this is big! A heavyweighter in many ways! Deep wisdom! Beautiful pictures and the book is fantastic. C B R has created yet another masterpiece! The only thing that is a tiny minus: the cards stuck together and are hard to shuffle, even after some time of use. I just hope that will become better. But that would not prevent me from buying this deck again!

Está hermoso! Viene con una caja muy bonita que cuida el libro guía del oráculo y además las cartas... Las ilustraciones y la impresión es mate y de muy buena calidad. La interpretación que ofrece el libro es muy bonita y tiene un buen significado estudiado desde lo sociológico y desde el inconsciente colectivo. MUY RECOMENDABLE, EXCELENTE CALIDAD!

Love these cards. They lean towards a more intuitive reading rather than strictly by the book allowing a more organic format of reading. The artwork is beautiful and the cards are a larger format on thick card stock with a matte finish. A reader can simply adhere to the book’s explanations but the imagery is primal enough to instigate a natural insight which augments readings beyond the basic explanations given. If a person collects oracle decks for the artwork this will be a great addition. If a person loves using oracle decks that operate within a framework that allows for intuitive expansion then this deck is for them as well.
