Customer services
Purchased the wing-12 drone. On inspection when delivered one of the motors had broken magnets causing that motor to bind. After contacting customer services as instructed by the information documents within the drones literature that stated do not send item back to Amazon ther was a separate leaflet with details on how to proceed with discrepancies. There customer services could not understand my description of the faulty product despite numerous photos. Correspondence abruptly stoped and item remains unusable. Items such as these are only as good as the backup and customer services which are both unfortunately non existant will be showing reviews of this product across social media platforms to advise others

Very disappointed
3rd fly out drone stopped responding flew up out front f control and then accelerated into the ground. Broke 3 drone arms and was the end of the drone.

Seriously, dont bother with this toy. It will take off, fly away and not come back.

Not brilliant
Never had a battery last more than 6 mins.When there is absolutely no wind still doesn't not stable when hovering, looses the wi fi signal so video looks junpy.Save your money and get a better quality one.

Do not buy. It went in the air for 20 seconds then the battery died. Although fully charged.

Straight out off the box, set it all up and and after keeps going sideways and crashes, my cheap drone was 10 times better, disappointed 😞

Rubbish
I got this drone for Christmas, went up fantastic the first time. However, as soon as your in the air the drone starts to loose control flying side to side. The battery only lasts approximately 2 minutes and 40 seconds. On bringing it back down it became dangerous where I had no control from the controller. I pressed the gps home button to return and it crashed into a hedge. Don’t buy it’s not worth the money.

NOT an outside drone!
This drone is so stable and easy to fly. I bought 2 of them and my 5 yo and 10 yo have drone battles crashing into each other. Nothing breaks. Might have to turn off and back on to recalibrate but, incredibly easy to fly. The flip function is fun. The altitude hold works well (for a 20 dollar drone). I fly expensive drones but this one is just fun! INDOORS ONLY!!

The media could not be loaded. Für das Geld ist die Qualität mehr als akzeptabel, also Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Bedienung ist auch einfach, man kann sagen für Anfänger ist ein tolles Spielzeug;)
