Very flimsy. For the price one would expect something far more substantial. I am a surgeon. They do magnify but they are so flimsy that they will not stay binocularly focused and need to be reposition all the time which is impossible in any type of sterile environment. More of a toy. Would recommend either getting one of the $40 pairs or spending more and getting a high quality pair. These are certainly not worth $180. I have tried to use these for 3 month (unfortunatley past the return time) and have given up using them
