We replaced an old Food Saver with this model. So far it works great—perfect suction and sealing, nice wide suction chamber, easy controls. It also has a built in bag cutter, which is very handy for making bags.

I bought this product and didn't test it immediately unfortunately. It doesn't even switch on due to the difference in voltage between Australia and the United States.

This is a great pro food sealer. It's much quieter than the last brand I had. It vacuum pack and seal quickly. It's also small and compact but still hold a roll of plastic to make bags. I highly recommend it. It's also a good value.

Don’t waste your money on the namebrand, this thing works amazing and is a great price! Super straightforward and easy to use, I love that it stores the roll of bags inside and has the built in cutter. Did an amazing job when we vacuum sealed some meat that was on sale around the holidays.

In my many decades of purchasing items I have seldom found a company to be as helpful and dedicated to making sure my product was perfect in every way. Potane came with a 5 year warranty. I purchased it in June, 2023. At first it was wonderful and then it began getting lazy and the upper gasket started falling loose and would not vacuum the air out. I replaced it and it worked for awhile and then lower gasket kept coming out. I said words I did not know I knew. I kept trying to make both gaskets stay in and do their job. Finally just a week ago I emailed the company and to my surprise even though it was a week-end they sent me a nice reply, They asked for a picture of the open unit so they could see problem. They suggested I might try a drop of two of glue to hold it in place. I sent picture and they replied immediately that they could see the problem and would send me a brand new Potane same model to arrive within a few days. It did, and just in time for my birthday! Wahoo! I am proud to say that it works beautifully and expect it will continue to do so. What a great company to do business with. Great service and great product!
