Micro SD Card – The included SD card didn’t format properly, but after purchasing a new one, I had no issues updating the device. This was a minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Areas for Improvement: Screen Protector – Aligning the included screen protector was tricky. It would be great if Ellipal provided a second protector or sold them directly in their store. Fortunately, third-party options are available on Amazon. Overall, the Ellipal Titan 2.0 is an excellent cold wallet with strong security features, high-quality construction, and an easy-to-use interface. Item is well made (heavy, which can be a +\-) but the customer service is awful. Google “difficulty updating firmware” and see all the issues that people experience, and advice to attempt work around to solve the issue. I tried these attempts and finally gave up. I should not have to purchase a new item and spend money to try to get it to work. Customer service did offer $5 lol. Plenty of other great and better cold wallets. Avoid this one.

I needed to get my crypto off coinbase as many experts recommended that you should store your investment in a hard wallet instead of on the exchange for the best security for your investment. The Ellipal titan 2.0 was super simple to set up and update. The first thing I did before setting up my account on the device was to update the firmware, since many amazon reviews stated they could not update the device. I went to the Ellipal website downloaded the firmware to the sd card included with the device, and followed the instructions on the website to update the firmware. I had no issues updating the firmware it was a very simple and straightforward process. In the documentation included with the device is a QR code to complete the setup of the Titan 2.0. I spent about an hour setting up, testing and transferring my crypto to the hard wallet that I set up on my phone with the Ellipal app. I thought it was going to be difficult to set up the device but this was not the case as the instructions for setting up the device were easy to follow. The Titan 2.0 seems like it is well built. It is solid and it has some weight to it, it seems to be a quality device. Overall I could not be happier with the unit.

Beautiful looking unit built extremely solid. You don't have to be an IT Technician to figure it out. Some reviews say other brands are easier to use but usually it's the other brand they are pushing. Don't be scared by them this is a rock solid wallet with the best security you can get other than getting this unit and putting it in a security deposit box at the bank. If you can use your phone you will have no issues using this wallet.

Después de un año la batería dejó de cargar, representa un gran problema. Su base de carga propietaria hace más complejo el problema.

produit très qualitatif, il faut prévoir si vous n'en n'avez pas déjà un lecteur de carte micro SD notement pour installer les mises à jour... Sinon c'est dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de tuto complet en Français sur you tube ou sur leur site. Je suis pas expert en la matière et je galère un peu à tout comprendre... très content de mon achat malgrès tout, c'est rassurant de savoir ses crypo en sécurité!
