My upper lip and chin acne is my main concern. I noticed a slight change in my facial hair after taking these pills. I’m not the most constant but it is still effective. The spearmint flavor is strong and this pill needs to be taken with lots of water, twice a day. The ingredients are PCOS specific. -1 star bc I still get flare ups: some days it looks fine and like almost like it’s gone, and other days I feel like it looks darker and worse. Not sure if that’s on me (it’s probably best to take them as directed 😅). Overall this is a good remedy, I think this plus something else might actually work (I was thinking to pair it with the spearmint pcos tea bags) but a trip to the doctor is in my future. It’s best to know the root of the problem.

This product works great for me. I’ve been taking it for about three months now and have had three consecutive periods all come on the same day. This is huge because I went about four months without a period and when they did come they would come whenever it wanted. My facial hair growth also slowed DRAMATICALLY. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this product! I usually have to shave once a month(I stay at home and dont go anywhere. If I wanted to stay smooth then every 3 days.I take 2 capsules at night. I started taking it for a week straight then shaved my overgrown face. The hair has came back considerably slower. Right now I'm on 6 wks taking it and looks like 2wks of hair growth so I am extremely happy with this product!

It was fine but not sure it really had any impact on facial hair. But my most recent bottle is different than all the previous bottles., something has changed. The one I had been taking was a dosage of two pills but the last bottle I got was a dosage of 1 pill and now it was almost white-didn’t look at all like the ones I’ve used for months. It also doesn’t smell life spearmint. See pictures. I’m going to switch products.

Smelled and tasted like good spearmint. I used it for a month but didn’t notice any changes. I’m going to sick to drinking a tea instead of taking these though.

When doctors told me I would be on BC for the rest of my life I refused to listen. I kept doing my research and found this product. So for starters i was diagnosed with pcos in my early 20s and suffered with lots of the issues relating to it i.e. weight issues, hirsutism. Abnormal periods etc. So even though after going plant based years ago, losing 70lbs naturally and regulating my cycle; I still struggle with some things like the hirsutism and weight issues. Fast foward... I saw information about the benefits of dim, zinc and spearmint so I was excited to see all of those in one pill buut now it's 3 weeks later and I'm struggling with my migraines again, some weight gain and my period is currently 17 days late!
