Very good for elderly cats
My two elderly, arthritic cats use this to walk up and down to the bed. Although paper, it is strong, sturdy and versatile with the inner section. The wooden design is attractive. It could be a little wider, that's the only comment as occasionally they misstep and jump off which isn't good for their joints.

What you see is what you get.
The product is as advertised. The sides appear to be a more dense carboard that the centre of the body and provide the items stability. The two portions that make up the slope are connected in the middle which allows you to fold it into a slightly more compact shape if you wish. You could separate them with a knife or scissors if you wanted. The ball toy contains a bell and is held within a cutout section of the upper portion. The ball doesn't move easily as the fit is a little tight, that might put off some pets from playing with it. It is sturdy enough but of course the condition will degrade with use. My cat has actually started using it which surprised me, I suspect the fact that the cardboard tears slightly during use is more satisfying to cats, I had a scrathing post which my cat never so much as looked at, but she does use this. You could also sprinkle some catnip (Not supplied) into the cardboard folds to entice your cat to use it, mine is immune to its effects. Its hard to find anything to say against the product, it is what it claims to be, getting your cat to use it is the challenge.

Not bad
This is ok. My kitten doesn’t use it much, maybe she will when she’s adult. It’s good value for money and well made, depends how much time your cat spends scratching things. Mine tends to leap around like a maniac but I expect she’ll grow out of that. At least I hope she will …

Good quality cat scratching post
More attractive and versatile that the average cat scratching board. Good quality. Just a shame that the cat still prefers to use the sofa...

Stopped the cats from scratching the wallpaper
This fits nicely into the corner of the room so not to obvious unlike the wallpaper that my cats have been using to sharpen their claws. This has stopped. Good value for money cats love it

My cats love it!
This is the second time I am buying this cardboard cat scratcher. I have three cats and all of them love it! They use many times daily and they do so with passion! They love the inclined surface! They jump on it and it doesn't move one bit while they scratch it! It doesn't last long as it is only cardboard and their nails are as sharp as it gets, so it is not great value for money but my cats love it, so I keep coming back for more.

Not the best design
One of the photos shows this item in an upright position as well as laying down, I liked the versatility of this design, which is why I bought it over a different one. Upon arrival, I discovered that the flipside faces outward with a cat would ordinarily be scratching. It was only a flimsy bit of sticky tape to hold it in place. This meant that was frequently going to smack down and scared the hell out of my cat.. perhaps the flipside should’ve gone on the Riverside facing the wall. It would’ve made it a little bit more sturdy for Cat play! Overall nice idea, but very badly designed in this case, and we have become an expert in buying these sorts of things
