Excellent phone ,with a lot of features, good memory . etc

I have been using this phone without any issues with my two international carriers (not in the US). It's very convenient to have two lines on the same device. The battery seems to be holding its charge well. Even after watching YouTube videos and playing video games for 2 hours, the phone didn't get hot. The connectivity is also working fine. However, the WiFi signal strength is slightly weaker compared to my previous phone. This is nothing to worry about, but worth mentioning. Please note that this is my initial review after using the phone for a week.

OS 11, not OS 12 as advertisedI have tried multiple services and this phone will not work with Tmobile. Tmobile told me these are locked phones based on the IMEI.Dropped calls and allows you to only hear every 3 or 4 words on a call. Very scratchy and static.I have ordered two of these phones and no better with the replacement.

Bought this phone for my husband, used it for three days found out that it's 2g and not 4g compatible to T-Mobile. What a waste, good phone good price but failed to mention the importance of connecting to a tower!
