Nifty gadget that helps a bunch with organization

We do various webinars and video for our online community and have always struggled with a way to keep to get the lighting, audio and video organized. This is a nifty little gadget that has really cleared up our desk, provides good lighting (which was the most difficult part) and has probably already saved a few coffee cups that we generally knock over arranging everything.
