Love the protection. Love the floating. Initially I was unhappy as it was very difficult to get the screw on, but the seller contacted me (great service) to point out the kit comes with a screw. I didn't realize it was a special, longer screw for this very reason. I changed it from OEM to the included one and it works great. Totally happy with this purchase. Great protection, great floating, great visibility. Gives flotation when in use with included handle but I like that the foam covering is what gives most buoyancy as it also floats with many other attachments too.

Floatie fits my GoPro Hero10 perfectly. The orange color gets your attention. BUT I was hoping that i could use the handle with or without the styrofoam float, since there are many handles that look the same that DO float without a floaty. Unfortunately, the handle alone DOES prevent the GoPro from rapidly sinking to the bottom. It allows the GoPro to slowly sink, so if you accidentally drop it snorkeling and notice right away (which you would), you can easily retrieve the camera. However, it DOES Not bob at the surface like the floating ones do. I was hoping to purchase one item that would do both functions. But it is adequate and I'm not returning it.

Lots of items for mounting and holding your GoPro. Foam case really floats and offered enough buoyancy. Handle is comfortable to hold. I like the orange foam, it makes it easy to find.

This third-party product is actually a combination of two products that GoPro normally sells separately. There's a floating handle and a floating protective case, which you can use separately or together. The price point is great as it costs about the same as each of these would cost separately from GoPro.The handle has a bit of a cheap feel, but it seems solid enough for what it needs to do. It keeps the camera in your hand or afloat. The bottom unscrews to reveal a waterproof storage space, but I haven't really found a use for this other than to store the wrist strap when not wanted. The wrist strap seems to be of good quality.The floating protective case is very nice and basically exactly the same as the GoPro model with the exception of having a large protruding loop to attach a wrist strap or lanyard to instead of a small recessed notch like the GoPro model has. However, the loop is so thick that it will not fit the included wrist strap or the lanyard that comes with the GoPro camera (I have the Hero 10).The case itself has a nice snug fit so you don't have to worry about the camera falling out, but the flip side to this is that it takes a lot of work to change batteries, especially if you have the handle attached, which would need to be removed too.The bright color is great for visibility, and the thick padding is great for protection. My only complaint is that the camera lens is flush with the front edge of the casing instead of recessed like the back screen, so there is a good chance the lens will get dinged if you drop the camera on rocks. I understand that recessing the lens may block some of the viewing angle, but I'm pretty sure there's enough room to recess the lens back even a little which would help a lot.

Really good fit for our GoPro, there isn’t anything wobbly or any loose attachment issues. I’m very pleased. Love the fact that it floats though I’m not super keen on testing that all the way. The bright color is also nice for visibility should you drop it anywhere . Overall I love it. Good price for a good product.

Tut was es soll und durch den Auftrieb des Gehäuses kann man die Gopro nicht verlieren. Achtung , man muss die mitgelieferte Schraube benutzen (die ist etwas länger) und nicht die Standardschrauben, sonst sitzt der Griff nicht richtig.

Im Rahmen des Amazon Vine Programms durfte ich die SEASKY Floaty Case & Hand Grip Set für GoPro kostenfrei testen und ausprobieren.In einer sehr simplen Verpackung und in Plastik verpackt wird das Zubehörset geliefert. Das Floaty Case und der Hand Grip machen auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten und wertigen Eindruck. Ich habe mal probeweise meine GoPro in das Case gestopft und mir ist erst danach aufgefallen, dass der Griff vor dem Reinstopfen angebracht werden muss. Prinzipiell erfüllt das Case aber seinen Zweck und die GoPro schwomm im Wasser gut und sicher oben. Dabei habe ich mir gedacht, dass das Case auch sicherlich gut als Aufprall- also Hinfallschutz geeignet ist. Nur die Kamera wäre da nicht so gut geschützt.Der Griff hat einen guten Grip und hält auch gut im Wasser bzw. bspw. mit Handschuhen. Unten ist ja noch die Möglichkeit eine Schlaufe anzubringen (genauso wie am Case). Das finde ich sehr praktisch und gerade im Wasser natürlich ein Must Have um seine Kamera nicht zu verlieren. Also durch das Case schwimmt die Kamera ja eh oben aber sicher ist sicher und seine Hand verliert man ja für gewöhnlich nicht einfach so im Wasser, den Grip aber schon.Die Qualität beider Teile ist gut und zusätzlich sind ja auch noch ein paar Zubehör Teile mit dabei wie z.B. einige Aufkleber und die Schlaufe.Insgesamt ein sehr praktisches und gutes Set für Tauchgänge mit der GoPro. Ich fühle mich auf jeden Fall deutlich sicherer damit und die Qualität ist gut.Der Preis ist aber dementsprechend und gefühlt schon GoPro-Preisniveau. Geht sicherlich günstiger, aber die Qualität ist ja auch gut, also ist es das sicherlich wert für die Leute, die sehr regelmäßig mit ihrer GoPro tauchen gehen.

Das erste, was einem auffällt, wenn man dieses Zubehörset für Gopros von Seasky öffnet, ist der Geruch - leider. Ziemlich schlimmer Plastikgeruch, die Einzelteile kommen ja auch noch in Plastiktüten verpackt und können während der Lagerung bzw. des Transportes nicht auslüften.Dieser "Schaum-Schutzkäfig" für die Gopro ist eine recht gute Idee, habe ich so noch nicht gesehen, hatte ich auch noch nicht.Der Griff ist ganz nett, aber nichts besonderes, Kunststoff, mit "Innenfach".Dann bekommt man noch einiges an GoPro-Zubehör dazu, wie es wohl fast jeder GoPro Besitzer nach Jahren (und mehreren Modellen) massenweise daheim hat.Habe den orangen Käfig auch mit einer Gopro Hero 8+ getestet, auch diese passt, sitzt vielleicht nicht ganz so fest wie andere Modelle, aber gehalten wird die Kamera ja über den Griff; Bedienung jedenfalls anstandslos auch mit der Hero 8.Mit älteren Modellen, die keine integrierte Halterung haben, funktioniert der Käfig nicht.Ich finde die Idee ganz gut und auch die Umsetzung, und werden den Käfig eventuell auch beim Riffschnorcheln verwenden. Nur bekommt man hier die übliche "China-Ware", und ich kann den hohen Preis ehrlich gesagt nicht ganz nachvollziehen.

Das Floaty Case & Hand Grip Zubehör für die GoPro kommt gut verpackt an. Beim Auspacken wirkt es sehr hochwertig und es entfalten sich auch keine unangenehmen Gerüche.Die Passform ist super und die Verarbeitung kann sich sehen lassen. Da wir seit dem Sommer mit unseren SUP Boards unterwegs sind, sollte die Kamera auch nicht versinken. Der Preis dafür scheint vielleicht etwas höher, aber es zahlt sich aus, wenn die Cam dadurch geschützt ist.

Maße: 11,4 x 7,2 x 5,2 cmGewicht: 42 gFür den Einsatz auf dem Wasser hatte ich bisher meist einen Auftriebskörper für Schwimmleinen (Donut) an meine GoPro gehängt. Denn wenn sie mal aus der Hand rutscht, ist sie sonst auch sofort und endgültig weg. Dieser Donut ist allerdings auch recht groß, denn ein kleinerer reicht nicht aus, um die Kamera oben zu halten, da sie doch recht schwer ist.Dieses Gehäuse ist natürlich noch viel praktischer, allein schon, weil da nicht so ein großes Teil seitlich herumschlackert. Ich habe den Schwimmtest gemacht und die Kamera wird von dem Gehäuse tatsächlich über Wasser gehalten. Durch die orange Farbe würde man sie auch schnell wiederfinden.Ganz nebenbei ist die Kamera natürlich durch den dicken Schaumstoff generell sehr gut nach allen Seiten geschützt. Klar, die Line selbst ist (logischerweise) nicht abgedeckt und damit muss man weiterhin vorsichtig sein. Das Einsetzen der Kamera in das Gehäuse ist etwas schwergängig. Ich schalte dabei die Kamera oft versehentlich mit an. Das ist aber kein Beinbruch und sie soll ja auch straff und sicher drin sitzen.Alle Bedienelemente sind trotz Gehäuse erreichbar. An das Batteriefach kommt man allerdings nicht mehr heran. Zum Aufladen muss die Kamera herausgenommen werden.► FazitGerade für den Einsatz am oder auf dem Wasser ist dieses Gehäuse eine tolle Absicherung der teuren GoPro.
