This is an essential item living down here in the south!I actually purchased this dehumidifier back in either March / April of 2024. However, late last month it stopped dehumidifying. I contacted Yaufey support since the unit was still under its extended 2-year warranty. The folks there at Yaufey got right on the claim and initiated an immediate return for replacement. They believe the dehumidifier lost refrigerant. I received a new replacement Yaufey dehumidifier this afternoon. All of this in just a matter of a few days. I held on to the original box that the non-working unit arrived in, some packed it up in its box and will return it via FedEx tomorrow. Yaufey provided me with a pre-paid shipping label. If that’s not excellent customer service, then I don’t know what else to say. These folks have been exceptional with their communication efforts and willingness to take care of us! I am absolutely staying with this brand and this product, cause it does an excellent job of keeping the humidity level in check within our living space.Capacity:This 120 qt. model is ideal for our living area. It runs quiet enough for what it has to do and does it well.

This unit far exceeds all expectations. First it is very quiet. Second does not give off noticeable heat like other brands do. Third water collection is efficient and very effective. I set the unit at 30% because of my lung condition (dry helps) and the large area stays at 30%. Fourth maintenance is minimal. When the light comes on clean the filter with a quick rinse under the sink. Last but not least fifth Customer service if ever needed is always their for youHIGHLY RECCOMMENDED

The design of the Yaufey 120-pint dehumidifier is clean and looks great. The control panel is intuitive. The unit turns off when the water bucket is full and a light indicates when the filter should be cleaned. An ample length of drain line was provided, but I didn’t have a good place to use it. I liked seeing the room humidity level go down to a preset level. Casters make it easy to move the dehumidifier where needed. The collection tank could be larger but was easy to empty and replace. I had an issue with the unit not working after almost a year, but I received terrific customer care and received a replacement under warranty. I appreciate a company that stands behind its products and treats customers well. I would not hesitate to buy another Yaufey product!

We live in a very humid environment on the West Coast. We bought this appliance to deal with the excessive humidity in our house that has creeped into every thing in the house. The appliance works very well and does a good job absorbing the humidity, but due to the large space in our house, it wasn't enough apparently. Very heavy and looks very well made. Worth mentioning that getting an additional warranty with this appliance is important as I have read that many appliances regardless of brand tend to develop issues when operating in a very humid environment.

Bought two units for new 2500 sq ft build. House is well insulated so AC needs help keeping the humidity down. House humidity dropped from 70 to 45 percent using these units. Unit humidity reading is accurate matching hydrometers I have throughout the house. Relatively quiet, great air flow. After one week, I am very pleased with these units. One unit was delivered upside down, so follow the directions and let unit sit upright for 24 hours before plugging in. Can’t vouch for durability at this point, but no reason not to give a top rating. Highly recommend.

I'm very pleased this dehumidifier, its keeping my house nice and dry. I live in Central Texas near several lakes and the warm humid Gulf water blows up the I-35 corridor. So, very humid here! The other issue about warm humid climates is mold. Having a good dehumidifier controls the outbreak of mold. Stops mildew from forming in HVAC systems and ducts when the AC is running full blast.My wife and I purchased this Dehumidifier over a month ago and its been performing flawlessly, nonstop. I empty the tank in the morning and once again before bed. The house smells fresher with less humidity and also cooler. My HVAC requires less maintenance (cleaning the drain pipe).So far I do recommend this unit. Also submit the warranty that comes with it. I added photos of the unit and a picture of my Humidity reader in the kitchen.

First impressions after one week of continuous use: Very efficient at pulling water out of air, but with running continuously, the hose is not designed well for draining. It is difficult to get the hose in a proper position so that it drains instead of needing to regularly change the bucket. Hose is flimsy and you can only use the supplied hose rather than a heavier garden hose. The bucket is small, so if you don't use the hose, you are emptying the bucket every couple of hours.
