Not a good shampoo dont waste your money, just spend the extra and buy Olaplex

Shock really is the word! I’ve never used anything so disappointing on my hair. My hair was in excellent condition beforehand, freshly cut and healthy. After using the Head Shock Plex System 1 Cleansing Shampoo and System 3 Hydrating Conditioner, my hair felt like straw. It seemed to strip every bit of moisture out, leaving it dry, rough, tangled, and so unmanageable I could barely get a brush through it. Once dry, it was so brittle I didn’t dare brush it for fear of breakage. I took these products on a short break, used them for three days, and ended up leaving them behind because I couldn’t face bringing them home. Honestly, they should have gone straight in the bin. I didnt buy the product from Amazon however I feel everyone should be aware just how bad this product is!

This has to be the worst product I’ve ever bought,I purchased elsewhere but could not find anywhere else to leave a review,bought shampoo and conditioner for me and my daughter and it did the complete opposite to what it supposed to do,we had to buy deep conditioner hair mask to try to revive our hair ,awful products and wasted money,
