Great value
Very good quality, use this from my home lab, thick gauge steel with very thick powder coating hard to scratch and adjustable.

Good frame
Very impressed with the quality of this frame for the price paid. Assembled easy enough although a power screwdriver will certainly make the assembly a lot easier. Instructions says 2 people but I managed on my own. Looks great in the garage, using for my home lab.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT
I would highly recommend avoiding this product for a few reasons. If you plan to extend the depth of the rack beyond, expect to use a powerful electric screw driver (I used a drill with a screw bit). All of the holes for you to places screws through are much smaller than the screws themselves resulting in a very difficult time assembling the rack as a whole/adjusting the depth of the rack. A relatively important design oversight as well, the top panel (obviously) cannot be adjusted to fit the customised depth leaving you with a significant gap at the front or back of the rack. As if this wasn't enough, the packaging doesn't seem to be sufficient as the styrofoam was broken on one of the corners which led to one of the included trays to have a bent corner. This may look like a good value for money product but I can assure that it isn't. Set aside the extra cash and get something thats better designed/that works.

Good value, solid construction, arrived slightly damaged.
Overall happy with the server rack. Once put together, the rack is solid and wheels freely. Two issues: - A number of the parts were bent. This may have happened while shipping. Not a major problem, as I was able to bend them back into place. - The wheels are nice and smooth, but when you apply the breaks, it forces small spikes into the surface of the wheel. This damages the wheels, which is a very poor design.

Far from easy assembly
I bought this for a home lab I wanted to setup, I was just looking for something of ease to setup that I could have to hand. The setup was far from easy, and it still isn’t correctly put together. The screws are too hard to screw in, even with a drill I was struggling to insert them - I’m not sure if this is due to them being self-tapping but good luck to anyone who buys it. Wouldn’t really recommend it.

Inaccurate dimensions!
Completely inaccurate dimensions, a had a very tight space to fit this rack into so the dimensions were highly important, after measuring my space and looking at the advertised dimensions it would only just fit perfect, got the rack and assembled it doesn’t fit! Too tall, took the wheels off great must fit now I’ve measured it nope had to take the top plate and protruding screws out before it matched the advertised dimensions highly unsatisfied on top of that a drill is a must when assembling the screws and threads are of such low quality your only driving them in by power

Not as advertised. Scam
I bought this for my son and his home lab. What a scam. You took my money and sold me a rack that is not to your specs and barely any of the screw holes actually line up. All we have is a pile of worthless scrap metal that is not as advertised. Do not advise you buying it. Totally disappointed me and my Son.

First off, this thing is extremely sturdy and totally worth the price, but absolutely cannot be assembled by hand. You will definitely need a high-torque screw gun of some kind, such as a drill with an adjustable torque setting. Although the screw holes in each piece of metal are somewhat threaded, they take a large amount of force to turn into the metal and secure deeply. I had a Dewalt drill set to level 10 torque, and in some cases I had to increase that. Needless to say I was surprised that I did not have one single screw that became stripped out, although they appear to give you about 50 extra screws just in case you have lots of trouble. Don't forget to adjust the torque though, you wouldn't want to have a drill on the drill setting or you'd likely strip out tons of holes. I saw some people who talked about having issues with getting things in alignment, stating they weren't able to get the corner reinforcements mounted. My advice would be to try to leave most of the screws a little bit loose until you've fully assembled everything, including the corner pieces that add stability. I could see where alignment could be an issue if you tighten everything as you assemble it, whereas if you leave everything a little bit loose you'll have some wiggle where you need it. After getting every piece attached, before installing any shelves or devices, tighten all the screws to a high torque setting on your drill/driver. It was fairly simple to tighten everything after the full assembly, all screws are still accessible. I feel like the instructions should tell you in the beginning to leave everything loose, but I didn't see it printed anywhere unless I missed it. The instructions leave a bit to be desired, take your time and study the image diagrams.

+ Strong metal where it matters + Plenty of cage nuts + Wheels moves and turns easily - Assembly takes some time as holes are not threaded and tolerances are a bit loose, but nothing that cannot be overcome.
