About the Author Chris Salvato has been teaching the handstand for the better part of a decade. Starting in 2009, Chris has founded two fitness companies; Eat Move Improve and his personal blog. Each of these companies has impacted millions of fitness enthusiasts as they take their fitness to the next level -- something beyond the normal reps/sets and running for hours on end. He has rigorously tested all of his training programs, so that they get results for 99% of his trainees.
