The Dead Man in Indian Creek

I really enjoyed this book a lot. I don't read a lot because I'm mostly into horror type books but I've always loved Mary downings books because you can really enjoy almost all her books at any age. I'm 22 and I am in the middle of reading all her books. This one was great I highly recommend it.

Item said to be "used, and in very good condition". My other books that have came in "very good condition" have covers like advertised, no damage, and small amounts of writing on pages. This book is not the version I expected to get, as it isn't a picture cover like all my others of this author. It has damage to the cover with peeling, and it's pretty worn out and beat. Was hoping to add this to our collection of Mary Downing Hahn books... but I think I will keep looking for another somewhere else. Can it be read? For sure! Did I miss something that said I would be getting a book that looked like this one does... possibly? For that, I still give it 4 stars, but I was pretty bummed.

I read this book years ago as a child; it was awesome rereading this again! One thing I loved about this book is the detail which perfectly painted the imagery of each scene for the reader!

Great book! My 11 year old loves this author.

I ordered these for my 11year old daughter after reading one of the authors other books. We're please and she can't wait read to more from the author. The books came package great and arrived on time.

I loved this book and think it should be a choice for all kids over 9. I think this because it gets kind of violent in the end but keeps your attention through the whole book. I love Mary's style of writing, it always keeps me interested.@ AporembaP.S. awesome book!

I met the author Mary Downing Hahn at a photographic meet up in London earlier in the year as she follows my project. It was great to read a book written by her which I enjoyed enormously. I shall have to have a look at some of her other titles.
