It fits in just about any kind of hat that has an inseam. Feels very comfortable and I'm glad I got it!

This thing took a lot of effort to shove into my hat. Unlike their other bump caps. Had to do a lot of trimming. Thing is just too big. Great protection but nah. I can only wear my company approved hat and this ain’t gonna fit into it right.

Fits and works great but the foam inside was annoying. I removed it and cleaned the sticky residue out and my hat fits much better a looks better too. It’s a little heavier than some inserts but very vented so it’s not as hot. The slotted design improves fit and comfort but still provides the coverage and protection you should expect from a bump cap.

To big for normal cap

Use it for dinghy sailing, fit it inside a sailing cap. Does the job

Everything in the product description is true except the part about fitting in most ball caps. I have 38 baseball caps from different companies, teams and give-a-ways and this does not fit any of the 9 I tried (gave up after 9). Yes it is flexible, Yes it is padded, Yes you can cut it to fit but you would have to take off so much you have sharp pieces poking your scalp. The video in the description shows the insert starting to be put in a cap and the insert already in a cap. Returning this terrible product for a refund.

My grandson asked me to purchase this for him since he ride his skateboard home every day from school. The day he put it on he crashed. This helmet saved his head as he fell on his head. There was a cracked in the helmet which tells me how hard he fell , so I purchase two more just in case. Thank you again for your product.
