Line Friends Gel Pens

I received this pen but it was open when delivered.

Cute, smaller than I expected. But this was part of a gift for my boyfriend's nieces who are small, so the size was perfect. That said, one of the pens wasn't working. Since this was part of a gift, I'm super disappointed.

The pens are not working and only the blue color is working and looks like the other ones been used bc their ink is shorter than the blue one and the purple one doesn’t even have the picture of line character on it as they described in the picture. :(
