Tumeric is so healthy and good for our bodies. New Chapter offers three types: Tumeric Force powder and capsules and, Tumeric Nightforce, capsules. I use and like all three. I alternate the powder (which I mix into morning shakes or juice) and the capsules later in the day or when not drinking my breakfast. I take Nightforce nightly before bed, helps me sleep better. All are very good, high quality health supplements. These are less expensive than most health stores and the same quality products. Read on 6 different vet websites - Turmeric & Coconut Oil is supposed to help dissolve fatty none cancer tumors in labs.
