Clio Sharp So Simple Waterproof Pen Liner 001 Black

I have other clio kill black liners and this surprisingly came back with a much stiffer brush.But with hooded eyes this is actually perfect. It draws the wings on perfectly without deforming and glides along the lash line without being deflected by all the lashes. Love it.May not be as waterproof as most ppl may want but definitely a game changer.
