Absolute gem!
This pressure cooker is a dream, so many cooking options, functions and really easy to navigate. I love the vent/seal slider and the fact that its location means your hand never needs to go near the steam release valve. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it is when in use. Ive only had it 24 hours and have used both the 'Saute' and 'Rice' programmes to make a rice pudding. Saute heats up really quickly, minutes! I used the Rice programme, set time to 15 minute the 5 beeps when cooking completed were audible but not annoying. I allowed the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes - perfect Rice pudding in 30 minutes from start to finish compared to 1.5 to 2 hours in an oven! Love how the lid can be rested in a slot on the outside of the unit. (I should add that its not a hinged rest, needs to be lifted up and out ) The unit sits nicely on the worktop, its a great size and looks good. The inner pot has a lovely finish & the bottom of it is flat and not domed and its a breeze to clean too I cant wait to try more programmes and the 'Delay Start' timer in the next few days! If you're pondering as to whether or not to buy this, I'd say go for it, its really great value for money!

Value for money and so speedy
Second Corsori product in two weeks I am so impressed by this brand and love this pressure cooker it isn’t the cheapest on Amazon but I believe you get what you pay for and with the Cosori blaze I have everything in the kitchen covered. It does so many things the pressure cooker is brilliant so easy to use and so quiet not like the dreadful ones in the last I cooked a Gammon joint in 40 mins it was perfect to brown in just popped in the air fryer. I believe it is great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this brand tonight it’s the stew setting, a stew in 50 minutes amazing!

Excellent versatile pressure cooker
2nd Corsori appliance bought. The previous was an air fryer. Both are reliable and perform really well. The pressure cooker is really great. It slow cooks, pressure cooks and even saute's really well. Steam release is safe and controllable and the digital display is easy to operate. Would recommend

Perfect, no complaints, other than needing a second insert for convenience XD
LOVE this, just as good as the Instapot I had before we had to move and leave it behind. Makes perfect rice, perfect stews, tender meats, everything my family loves. I use it at least a few times a week. Wouldn't mind a second insert pot, honestly. It's easy to clean, lid is secure, and I don't risk being scalded from releasing the pressure. I love that you just push up the valve indirectly, keeping well away from the oncoming steam. Not a single complaint.

So much more than a pressure cooker.
I wanted a pressure cooker, and this is so much more. It arrived yesterday and already it's cooked dried kidney beans to perfection; it sautes and there is a rice cook function, the 2 pilaus I've made were also perfect - lid on and 14 minutes later you're done, leaving me to cook the curry in peace. It's only day 2 but i can tell that this marvellous machine will be an important part of my kitchen. Oh, the instructions are well laid out and easy to understand.

Great electric pressure cooker
Electric pressure cookers cost more (typically) than the ones that go on the hob, and they don't reach quite as high pressure. But I still prefer them hugely because they're programmable. I can put the ingredients in, set the pressure, set the time and let it get on with the whole process. The results are highly consistent so once you know how long it takes to get your rice or pasta cooked how you like it, it's just a matter of filling the pressure cooker and program it and then let it run. The count down timer tells you exactly when it will be perfectly cooked. In use, the slightly lower pressure from electric models isn't enough to greatly change things anyway and not having to monitor it is a time/effort saver. Rice and pasta are two of the main things I cook in this, I find it so much easier than having to keep checking when they're done and getting frustrated how long it's taking. I also cook lentils in this, various types of dal and dried chickpeas/beans (after overnight soaking). The non-stick pot is easy to remove and doesn't hold on to flavours. I would have liked a stainless steel pot however, it would be longer lasting. Although they say it's dishwasher safe I've chosen to wash it by hand since dishwashers are hard on non-stick coatings. They also say the entire lid is dishwasher safe too, but plastics also age much faster over time in the dishwasher, so I wash it by hand. Both are easy enough to clean by hand. It's a lot cheaper than comparable models from better known brands, but from what I can see does the exact same thing. It can be used like a saucepan, for example to fry some vegtables before adding lentils and pressure cooking to make dal. For this kind of step in a recipe it's great for avoiding using another pan. However, it has limits. I used it like a saucepan while my hob wasn't working to make soup and to boil vegatables - I found it ran a bit hot when frying things, I would have liked some lower settings for frying small amounts of food, and conversely I found it wasn't that powerful when cooking large volumes of food with the lid off - like a pot of soup or boiling vegtables in a litre or two of water. It was great to have in the context my hob wasn't available, but given these limits isn't a way I'd normally use it. To be fair though, I am comparing it to a gas hob or induction hob which do have much higher heat output. It may be similar or better than some older style electric hobs - I have seen some electric hobs that struggle to keep a litre of water boiling! It's certainly better than that. Overall very happy, but had to mark down one star because of the non-stick pot for two reasons. First of all, non-stick is not something everyone wants to use now and it does have a finite life compared to stainless steel that will just carry on forever. Ideally we should have an option, or at least the chance to buy a stainless steel pot. Secondly, buying any kind of replacement pot for this pressure cooker - even the standard non-stick type - seems difficult. I can't see them anywhere? This will potentially result in the end of life for this product being the pot wearing out. Other brands, albeit much more expensive ones do have available replacement pots. If this will matter though only time will tell. Perhaps the pot will last a long time and the pressure cooker life will be limited by something else entirely, but it does present a possible problem other products won't have. Still, it's a surprisingly well made device, it feels very solid, for a pretty low price point so I think it will give decent value over time.

Great product
Very easy to use done a couple of meals in it done a boiled bacon only took 25minutes and a stew on slow cook must remember to leave the steam vent open or it makes the gravy to weak with the steam

The Cosori Dual Air Fryer has been an absolute game changer in our kitchen. The build quality is incredible, and we use it every single day without hesitation. The touchscreen is bright, responsive, and so easy to use that even our 6-year-old daughter can operate it without any trouble—it’s that intuitive. The dual trays are perfect for quick dinners. Being able to cook two different foods at the same time has saved us countless hectic evenings. On top of that, cleanup is a breeze. The trays have a high-quality non-stick coating that makes washing them unbelievably easy—most of the time a quick rinse is all it takes. I highly recommend this product and this exact model to anyone looking to upgrade their cooking setup. It’s absolutely worth it!
