I bought this item exactly two yrs ago(2022). I love it, however the zipper broke and now items won't stay cold. I'm not sure if the zipper would be worth replacing.

Perfect party cooler
Perfect party cooler. This soft backpack cooler is light, easy to carry, and keeps our drinks cold at the beach. Hold a 12 pack easy and is in very good shape after many uses

It is the best backpack cooler I have ever had. It keeps all my beverages cold for hours and it looks great too. I love the fact that you can put Velcro saying on the sides. I love all the different designs they have. Look forward in buying more from Shiti.

It did the job for my backpacking trip. There definitely is a lack of space the bag itself is not roomy. But overall kept everything cool and fit my ice packs.

So pricey but so worth it. My boyfriend absolutely loved this, much better quality than his old cooler bag. Comes with a coozie and everything. It’s super sturdy too, which is a plus
