This is a fairly inexpensive but good quality replacement 'Hollowtech' Bottom Bracket which is suitable for use with most Road and Hybrid Bikes. I chanced it with the size of this one for replacing a worn one as I wasn’t sure what size I needed at first, and I thought that a “BSA 68” Bottom Bracket was just a reference no. for it (as ‘A4’ or ‘A2’ is for paper size), but I now know that it simply means it’s a ‘BSA’ Threaded one, and the ‘68’ refers to the Shell Width of the bike which houses the BB (so 68mm).I found installing this BB was relatively easy (but removing the old one can sometimes be a bit more difficult, especially if it wasn’t greased properly when it was installed). Either way, to both install and remove this type of External Bottom Bracket, you will of course need a Hollowtech-type ‘socket wrench’ or spanner.When installing the Drive Side Crank Arm into the BB, you might potentially need a Rubber Mallet or something similar to gently tap it home and to ensure it's seated properly, as pushing it in purely by hand doesn’t seem to do it. Greasing the threaded 'cups' of new BBs thoroughly when you install them and also greasing the threads on the BB Shell of the bike itself, although a little tedious at the time, will definitely make the task of removing the BB in the future if you ever need to, a heck of a lot easier.For info., Amazon's illustration of this Bottom Bracket shows a Silver one, however, the actual description of the item on my Amazon order (which was supplied and sold by Amazon), says it's 'Black', which is what I really wanted. The item I received though, was the same as the illustrated one - Silver. (On my dark-grey bike with silver accents it looks ok, but the silver might not be a great match with some bike colours I guess.)

通勤用ロードのBBが壊れた（寿命）ので交換しました。FSAのBB（６８mm）とナゾのクランクの組み合わせだったのでせっかくだからクランクをSHIMANOのCLARISにしようと思い購入。しっかりした見た目と剛性に満足。

BBR60からBBRS501に交換こっちの方が回転がいいです
