Q: are these the large fun size pops?

These are the regular full size.

Q: Why did and the lollipops have a weird soft coating around some of them. I don't like that. Why are they different than before?

I purchased a box of the cherry lollipops and did not have that problem and they were from the summer. I still have a bunch left and no softness. I keep mine in a large candy jar. Sorry if this doesn't help any.
