I've been on a journey to lose some weight and wanted to get back into jump roping. Something I can go outside in my yard and use it with ease after a meal or to get some quick cardio. My old jump rope broke and I needed a new one so I purchased this one. I think it is of good quality and will last long. It was easy to adjust for my height but a little harder to use for someone that is just getting back into it. My knees are not ao good so I can't do it to long but I do like the jump rope. I think once I lose a few more pounds and with a littlw more practice this jump rope will serve me well and last a long time.

Insanely flexible and light weight. It is fast and is good if you’re working at a higher level and aren’t looking to waste any time. The grip is great, despite how fast I went, it didn’t break or lost control and the material is soft and doesn’t damage your hand + doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. It doesn’t tangle at all either, the material is hard to tangle up and if it were to be tied, it’s easy to free it. Harsh workouts are suitable with this.

I was a professional fighter for 10 years been through dozens of jump ropes this is actually an extremely good quality one. Far better than your final Walmart very happy with this product
