This is a sleep-saver for me! Even though I take enough magnesium in supplement form, I find I still get cramps at night. Theraworx before bed solves that problem and is a great sleep-saver. This stuff works really well on muscle cramps. The packaging could be better though. Often the dispenser gets stuck and you have to really pull on it making it difficult to use.You can smell it a little bit but it’s not overwhelming
