Dough Cutter - Natural Wood Handle Pizza Dough Cutter, Bench Scraper and Chopper

I own an Alfa pizza oven imported from Italy. It's the Rolls Royce of pizza ovens save for one other brand that is more suited for commercial setups. The Gozney is great, but esthetically has a particuarly modern look. What Alfa doesn't do, is great tools. They look like everything else on market. I ordered a bakers set from Sur La Table and it was cheap import crap. I returned it and got this. This is solid, looks fantastic and well built. More of a designer item and a great price on sale. I would prefer to not have it branded, but at least the "Gozney" logo is small.

This scrapper is amazing work perfect to scrap the bench but also great for cutting biscotti straight. I like the large size and build materials are very good quality.

I got two of these the night before New Year’s Eve. I’m a professional baker so I make a lot of bread at work, and our scrapers are old and beat and wore out. Tell me why these cut like butter it feels so sturdy and has a very good hand weight it’s just all round a win. I baked a rack of sausage rolls with this thing and it cut right though the dough like it wasn’t even there! Best extension of the hand money could buy if you like making bread as much as I obsess over it!! :)
